Before You Pay: Your $179 covers one on-site diagnostic visit. Repairs and parts are quoted separately. If you approve a repair on the diagnosed appliance during the same appointment, the diagnostic payment is credited toward that repair. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee covers the visit. Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund; later cancellations are nonrefundable. Appointments are subject to confirmation. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
